OUR WAR VETERANS OF LAKEFIELD, ONTARIO, CANADA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA

A great deal of respect and reverence is due to each and every Veteran of War. Currently our War Veterans, who made the supreme sacrifice, are identified and remembered by a name etched on the monument located in Lakefield, Ontario. This website was put together in order to physically identify these War Veterans and those who returned home (where possible) and provide a brief military and personal history.

The data contained on this website has been compiled from numerous sources. Records were sourced from military history, ancestral records, personal knowledge, and information provided by family members and was used to compile this archive of individual’s and family histories. Often, photos were provided by a family member or received from an alternate source with the appropriate permission, if applicable.
